Trans Film Sector Inc. produces films that promote social progress and equal rights for trans & queer persons. We offer video services to underserved artists in the Tri-State area. We celebrates the technical and artistic achievements of LGBTQIA+ filmmakers and advocate for inclusivity & diversity on set.

eration of queer storytellers. We believe that trans visibility in media keeps trans people safe in the real world.
Who We Are
Trans Film Sector Inc. was created by a collective of LGBTQIA+ filmmakers actively working in the film industry. that advocate for greater representation in the stories told and who gets to tell them. We advocate for a world where living in a transgender body is not a political act and believe that representation in media is critical for social progress. In this current political climate, we believe that it is more important than ever to be an active supporter of marginalized communities. We believe we can advocate for our community by creating art that can connect to a larger audience in its autheticity.
We operate a small production company out of Long Island, NY where we offer our video services for narrative and documentary films with budgets under $100,000. We believe that mainstream Hollywood has drastically cut back on investing in independent cinema, and we are dedicated to filling this gap.
